Finish grinding, on a whole new level
For a high-gloss finish
XELERION produces flawless, homogeneous surfaces up to high gloss.
Maximum productivity
High stock removal while grinding even coarsely roughed surfaces so reliably that grit stages can be skipped.
Curve hunter
The flexibility champion KK670F moulds perfectly to tight radii and complex contours.
Cooler cut
Reduced heat generation helps prevent discolouration and deformation.
Innovations that point the way
Pliable and more precise
The random distribution of the dots, combined with the flexible fabric backing, ensures outstanding adaptability to the workpiece geometry. This completely redesigned dot structure achieves a level of belt flexibility that is not possible with conventional, electrostatically coated abrasives. This means that even tight radii and complex contours, such as those of tools or medical instruments, can be processed precisely and with dimensional accuracy. The remarkable pliability of XELERION KK670F ensures extremely even stock removal from the contoured component to be machined.
The randomised structure
The short, irregular interruptions in grinding ensure an optimal distribution of force and heat – and thus also cooler grinding, which helps prevent discolouration and deformation, for example. This results in a fine, even surface without any “random scratches”. In combination with a flexible fabric backing, the completely new dot structure results in outstanding adaptability to the workpiece geometry. This means that even tight radii and complex contours, such as those of tools or medical instruments, can be processed with pin-point accuracy and precision.
